We want you to love your Nourished Move pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or colour only, subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can organise a replacement or refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

  • The Item you want to return or exchange 

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is faulty
