Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or colour only, subject to stock availability.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can organise a replacement or refund.
